It is amazing how the fight against corruption has turn out to be because the EFCC has turn the fight into a charade. This is because the case against Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello which has dragged for so long has become a bircul and a drama. The EFCC declaring former governor Yahaya Bello wanted since the day he left office as governor of Kogi state, and with the former governor using the court as the last hope of the common man to fight for his survival which is normal as far as human right and human dignity is concerned, but the case of the former governor being in court and not exhausted, the EFCC went ahead and declared him wanted which is an abnormalities because it is an infringement of his fundamental human rights.the case has become a political Tirtus in the fight against corruption because it has the capacity of making the case against corruption in our country a laughing stock in the international community. Nobody is saying he is quity or not quity because this is not the right of the EFCC to declared anyone quity since it is the duty of the court or judiciary to declare anyone quity. This act must stop . The EFCC must set out a comprehensive and a strategy ways of constructing the menace of corruption in the country so that the international community must take us serious and this must start with the present case against former governor Yahaya Adoza Bello of Kogi state. With nobody in the country today taking the fight against corruption by the EFCC seriously
The former governor Yahaya Bello sensing that the fight against corruption has become a crusade against him with some forces ganging up to stain his name using the EFCC as a bull dog against him, he went into hiding to avoid being victimized till the case against his fundamental human rights is exhausted in the court which is normal in a democracy.
The former governor decided to come out of hiding a day ago by voluntary reporting himself to the office of the EFCC but it was surprising that the moment he left their office, the same EFCC which the former governor voluntary visit their office now surrounded the kogi state governor lodge in Abuja with their officers and started shooting sporadically in an attempt to forcefully arrest him and thereby declared him wanted again. This is too bad for democracy.and also making a mockery of the fight against corruption and this act of the EFCC playing to the gallery is highly condemnable by all Nigerian

The EFCC is hereby advised to henceforth desist from dramatising the case against corruption against any individual as we have become a laughing stock in the international community Because this is not how fighting corruption should be carry out, we also believe that there is more to all this drama taking place but whatever it is , we are patiently waiting for the outcome and I equally call on Mr President, who is the father of the nation to call the EFCC to order for the interest of the nation.

Hon Ayuba Nana
