Kogi State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has felicitated with Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo on the recent Tribunal Verdict.
A statement signed by the Chairman of the Council, Alhaji Ademu Seidu Haruna and Secretary Comrade Olusegun Ayindero-Oyenibi respectively described the judgement as a testament of the people’s mandate.
According to the statement, the victory also underscored the fact that the Governor in the last five months has changed the face of governance through impactful projects across the three senatorial districts of Kogi State.
Kogi NUJ enjoined all and sundry to rally round Governor Ododo, his Deputy, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo and his cabinet to move the state to the next level of development.
The statement reassured the Governor of the unflinching support of members of the Council to project his administration’s master piece of development within and outside the State.
It prayed for more wisdom and good health in the years to come for the Governor and his team.
