General Notice!!!
We want to call on the notice of the general public, the Independent National Electoral Commission, the Inspector General of Police, Civil Society groups to the EVIL plot by the Kogi State All Progressive Congress (APC) to Forge INEC documents certifying that primary elections were conducted in the state, while it never happened!
All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kogi State and some corrupt INEC officials, have perfected plans in order to forge documents to back up their claims that primary election was conducted, while it never held in Ankpa Local government, (Ankpa1 and Ankpa2), Olamaboro, Dekina, Ofu Local government and other Local Governments in Kogi East.
Rather than organize primary elections, as stipulated in the INEC electoral guidelines, the leaders and stake holders of the APC choose to impose candidates as it has always been their tradition, and therefore did not observe the INEC rules governing his nomination candidates. “The APC did not observe the 21 days Electoral Act declaration under which it is to notify INEC of its candidate before its primary elections.
This is a clear indication that all aspirants of the APC that contested election are not qualified and did not meet the criteria to contest on the APC platform.
We therefore call on the aforementioned, to rise up to this matter and ensure that this evil plot is stopped as it would amount to miscarriage of justice if the documents were accepted in order to favor their aspirants at the tribunals. This would negate the principles of substantive justice for all.
