The Administrator of Ogori – Magongo Local Government Council, Hon. Akande Moses has called on all political appointees to be proactive and take the All Progressives Congress (APC) to higher level.
Akande made the call on Wednesday during a meeting with political appointees and other relevant stakeholders from Ogori-Magongo at the local government secretariat in Akpafa.
He said the time has come to kick start serious political activities that will position the party and make it clinch all elective position in the state and the federal level in the next general election.
The Administrator enjoined the people to disregard the purported rumours of their removal from office, saying it was the handiwork of mischief makers who do not see anything good in the countless achievements of the Yahaya Bello government.
He charged the elated appointees to relate with the local government and ward party executives members in order to commence ward to ward meetings starting from the 17th of March, 2018, adding that with a large party followership in the area, the APC remains a party to beat.
