The Deputy National Welfare Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), David Itopa (History), on Friday, congratulated the National Vice Chairman (North Central) of the ADC, Senator Tunde Ogbeha, on the conferment of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree by the prestigious Federal University, Lokoja.
In a congratulatory message to the media, Itopa lauded the former Kogi West legislator for attaining yet another remarkable milestone, describing the achievement as “a testament to his commitment to excellence and lifelong learning.”
He further stated that Senator Ogbeha embodies exemplary leadership and dedication to human capacity development, noting that “the PhD conferment is well-deserved and reflects his continuous pursuit of knowledge and service to humanity.”
Itopa prayed for God’s continued blessings, wisdom, and elevation upon Senator Ogbeha, describing him as “a reservoir of wisdom and an invaluable guide for current and future leaders.”
