High Chief Meka Sylvanus Adesina has sent a message of congratulations to Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo for his outstanding victory at the Supreme Court.
High Chief Meka commended the nations Judiciary for exhibiting courage and Impartiality in the delivery of the Kogi Judgment. He described the Kogi Judgment as a watershed, pointing out that it has finally sealed the Governorship position of Gov. Ododo.
High Chief Meka described the Supreme Court Ruling as a ruling that spoke the minds of the people of Kogi State, pointing out that the judgment has affirmed the will and wishes of the people.
The leader of the Ododo Vanguard in Ogori-Magongo leader cum Philanthropist described the victory of Gov. Ododo as one for the people of Ogori Magongo LGA, pointing out that the mind of the Governor is tilted towards the people of the Local Government Area, reason why the people of Ogori Magongo LGA are happy with the judgment.
Chief Meka assured the people of Ogori-Magongo of dividends of democracy, urged them to use everything within their disposal to support All Progressive Congress and the Gov. Ododo led Government.
He pointed out that such support and cooperation would enable the Governor the impetus and encouragement to work for the people.
Chief Meka urged the people to ensure that the victory of the APC in the forth coming Local Government elections is not compromised, pointing out that the APC led administration under Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo is resolved to make Ogori-Magongo a bastion of development.
He also appeal to the people of the area, that in a shortest posible time the Magongo Development Association and Ogori Descendant Union would be supported to organize a round table discussion towards articulating what would lead to tangible developmental request that would be presented to the Government.
Chief Meka cautioned against and discouraged unorganized presentation, particularly through the social media by faceless online operators to with intent to divide the people.
He cautioned against gossips by faceless individuals with divisive tendencies, pointing out that the people of Ogori and Magongo are people known to be well cultured and hard working.
