Senator representing Kogi East, Atai Aidoko Ali has congratulated Christian faithfuls from his area for seeing another graceful Christmas season.
In a statement released by his media office, Aidoko assured constituents that their perseverance will soon drive those with inhuman tendencies away from their fold.
Aidoko urged the people of the area not to be soaked in celebrations amidst glaring difficulties perfected by the current leaders in the state. He admonished them to keep trusting God, through Christ Jesus, the author and the finisher of their faith.
He said with prayers and supplications, there will be light at the end of the tunnel no matter how hot the situation is. He expressed deep reservation at the plight of the people in the last two years.
The Senate Committee Chairman on SDGs stated that this year’s Christmas deserved to be celebrated by the people for surviving obvious denials, pre-planned difficult times and distractions of public officers in his category.
According to Senator Aidoko, Kogi East will soon feel federal presence, no matter how meager. He said efforts may not be appreciated but results will start rolling out positively in the shortest time.
He said the misinformed, misguided and misdirected sections of his constituents will heave a sigh of relief in the course of time, stating that it lies on posterity to be the final judge in all human endeavours.
Aidoko said in the face of glaring political persecution, connivance, collusion and frustration, his constituents remained close to his chest in all national discourse that will translate to more benefits to his people.
He said the renewed political rivalry under the guise of judicial pronouncements will further embolden him to do more for the Igala/Bassa race and the entire people of Kogi East.
