One of the major contenders for the Idah federal constituency seat during the 2018 primary elections in the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Sam Adejo-Okedi on Thursday paid a courtesy call on the member representing Idah federal constituency, Hon David Idris Zacharias in his office in Abuja.
Hon. Sam said his visit was to see how the honourable was doing and to assure him that he is with him in the quest to represent the people despite he was a major contender during the primaries.
He noted that as a proponent of development democracy, he holds no grog against the lawmaker, rather encouraged him to put the people first in his activities that his name will be in gold when he finishes his term in office.
Hon. Sam said the condition in which he met Zacharias in his office showed that he has properly settled down to do the business for which he was elected.
As a party man, Sam noted that he still remains a committed member of the APC and will continually support the party to achieve greater heights in the state.
On his part, Hon Zacharias appreciated his visit and called on him to join hands with him to make the constituency outstanding among other constituencies through suggestions and healthy criticisms.
Zacharias said he is opened to innovations, proposals and ideas that will help better the lot of the people, adding that no one has monopoly of knowledge.
