Kogi state commissioner for rural development, Hon Enema Paul has congratulated Muslims in Kogi State, Nigeria and all over the world on the occasion of the 2017 Eid-Eid-el-Kabir celebrations.
In a statement made available on Thursday, he enjoined all Muslim faithful in Kogi State and Nigerians in general to extend the spiritual benefits of Sacrifice which are faith, patience and justice to their daily living.
“I felicitate with all Nigerians, especially our Muslim brothers and sisters on the auspicious occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebrations. I congratulate all of our countrymen and women who have successfully lived to make sacrifices and supplications.
“It is my hope and prayer that the spiritual lessons and teachings therein be replicated into love, justice, fairness and peaceful co-existence with others for the benefit and greater glory of our dear state.
“On behalf of my humble self, the staff and associates of Kogi state ministry of rural development, I extend our warmest wishes to his excellency, governor Yahaya Bello, the executive governor of Kogi state and the all Muslims celebrating Eid-Eid-el-Kabir in Kogi State, Nigeria and around the world,” he said.
