The National President of Okun Students Union Comrade Ajagun Opeyemi Samuel has congratulate the Muslim faithfuls on the auspicious day of Eid Fitr celebration, Ajagun described the festival as one of the widely celebrated festivals all over the world.
While congratulating the Muslim faithfuls, Ajagun charged Okun Students to sue for peaceful coexistence, love and unity among themselves.
“Let’s continue to pray for peace, unity, love and progress among ourselves, as a students, we need to show a high moral standards in our societies, we should not be an instruments of devil, we are the ambassadors of peace and we must sue for unity at all cost he said
“We need to emulate the virtue life of prophet Muhammad (SW)and we must live a life worthy of emulation, let’s eschew anything that has to do with vices and let’s crave for the development of Okunland.”
Ajagun expressed hope stating that Okun Students have the capacity to instigate the progress of Okunland.
He thanked those who participated in the just concluded 7days prayers tagged ‘Okun Students prayers’. He also encouraged the Muslim not to relinquish the morals of the holy month of Ramadan.
