Time without numbers, I have taken my time to react to this group of yellow journalism and quack enigma that had suddenly dominated our political dynasty in Kogi East to no avail, but that will not preclude me from playing down on their campaign of ‘pull him down syndrome’ of our people against Kogi East senator and his leadership of the area.

If not for the negative benefit side of social media, been harvested by this group of marques to keep them going in terms of sustenance, how could a professional writer, analyst and media guru compromised his pen on any page, without doing statutory due diligence of investigative journalism and assessment to balance a report. Alas, since it is meant to destroy themselves and their political image, and not that of Kogi east senator, Atai Aidoko Ali, it won’t budge them.

It is in the public domain and the people of Kogi East are in the know that provision of boreholes to major towns in Kogi East was carried out by the senator, to people attestation. So, for Ugbamaka not having drinkable water was high political mischief of our time carried out without due process by the political enemies of our popular senator.

Well, we are not surprised that this group of gate crashers and now journalists have turned their haphazard and uncoordinated write up as a means of survival strategy after cajoling their drowning aspirant into a precarious point of no return in the political history of Kogi East.

Again, I challenge all and sundry including the critical minds to carry out an in-depth visit to the country home of the senator to further ascertain the authenticity of the availability of a borehole constructed by the senator to his community for public use/ consumption, rather than conceding to the myopic and negative stance of the assemblage of bad assessors, that had made the senator more popular.

Not only that, the senator had made his impact felt in the neighbouring communities like Iga Ocheba, Iga Ikeje, Okpo, Odobu by providing water and light.

By extension, the senator has gradually captured all the 27 districts of Kogi East and will gradually trickle down to 93 wards and by extension get to Agbenema Anyigba and other villages and communities of Kogi East with all the infrastructural facilities.

Our joy is that the good and prolific writer has refused to mention the unabated sales of water to Ejule community, powered by the families of his political lord, to the chagrin of the members of the community and his deliberate refusal to also provide social service like water to Okula Alloma and its environs.

For Agbenema and Okula Alloma, they will in no distant future heave a sigh of relieve just like other communities in the interior part of Kogi East had given testimonies and appreciation to the giant stride of Kogi east senator.

A pointer to this is the people of Agwudoko in Anyigba area where the only borehole sustaining the community was provided by Kogi East senator that normally attract the people of Olofu, Ojofu, Agbenema, Eti-Ukpolo and its environs access to pipe borne water and detached them from drinking of stream water known for overtime.

Let the writer concentrate the attention of his pay master on politics of genuine development, and advancement of the Igala race, and not mere lip service and self centredness adopted by the writer to a his personal and immediate benefit alone.

Kogi East senator is determined to do more in the area of provision of basic social amenities and will not join forces with people with pretentious and ostentatious way of life that had no positive multiplier effects on our people.

He has done it before and determined to do more for the benefit of all.
