RCCG Dispenses Free Fuel to Over 200 Motorcycles, Keke NAPEP Operators in Kogi

As fuel queues resurfaced in Lokoja, the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), young adults and youth affairs, Kogi Province 3 has given out free fuel to over two hundred motorcycles (okada) and tricycles (Keke NAPEP) operators in Lokoja with a call on the operators to embrace Jesus Christ as a source of fuelling that never gets dry.

Pastor David Akosile, Regional Youth Evangelist, Region 24, made the remarks at Nice Mohammed Petroleum Company (NMPC) filling station as part of activities marking the 2022 youth convention of Kogi Province 3.

Pastor Akosile urged the operators to see their present situation as the least they can ever be, urging them to embrace Jesus Christ as there Lord and personal saviour as a way of moving out of there challenging predicaments.

He urged the operators that in all situations they should clap, praise, bow for God. He described God as the fuel that cannot finish in the lives of men.

Pastor Akosile charged the operators to allow Jesus Christ the fuel that cannot be exhausted to come into their lives, assuring that accepting Jesus Christ as there lord and personal saviour remains the only opportunity to enjoying a seamless way of life.

The Regional Evangelist prayed God to give the operators favour, divine blessings and protection, pointing out that what they can not get on there own as God’s blessings comes with accepting Jesus Christ into their lives.

Speaking at the event, Mohamed M. Ibrahim, Lokoja branch 2 Chairman of TOAN, described the gesture by RCCG, Kogi Province 3 Young Adults and Youth Affairs as unprecedented, urging others to emulate there good deeds.

Similarly, the Secretary, Lokoja branch 2 of TOAN, Soladoye Ibrahim, expressed appreciation to the church, particularly that it benefitted both the Muslims and Christians who are Keke and Okada operators.

Highlights of the program was Mministration of the word, alter call for the operators to accept Jesus Christ as there Lord and personal saviour, as well as the dispensing of fuel to over two hundred Keke NAPEP and okada riders in Lokoja.
