Ramadan: Badaki Harps on Love, Peace, Unity and Prayers to End Killings, Security Challenges

The National President of Iyara Development Association (IDA), Alhaji Aliyu Badaki has enjoined Muslims to embrace peace, love, unity and effective prayers for the country in the month of Ramadan and beyond.

He said prayer as an effective too of victory is needed now to attract divine intervention towards ending the senseless killings in some parts of the country.

Alhaji Aliyu, a hospitality expert in a statement identified peace and love as panacea to development of any society, hence the need to embrace virtues that will engender peace and stability in the country.

According to him, more unity is needed in Nigeria, saying a divided nation is on the path of destruction.

He charged Muslims to use the Ramadan period to reflect on their lives with the view of making amend where necessary.

Alhaji Aliyu congratulated Muslims in Iyara Community and Nigeria as a whole, urging them to abide by the lessons of Ramadan which according to him include, fear of Allah, humility and spiritual rejuvenation.
