The lawmaker representing the good people of Ankpa II constituency at the Kogi state house of assembly, Alhaji Alfa Momoh Rabiu has held an interactive session with the people of Enabo and it’s subordinate communities in a view to hear, discuss and get deeper acquaintance of the needs, desire and expectations of the people.
The well attended meeting which was coordinated by “Enabo Efacha” youths association had in attendance community elders, religious leaders, women, youths and students of the area.
In his opening remarks, the community youth leader, Comrade Noah Abdul described the interactive session as a very healthy innovation by the honorable charging those in attendance to make ample, objective but non repugnant contributions.
While welcoming the distinguished lawmaker on behalf of elders, women and the community vigilante corp; Elder Umoru Musa aka Achode, Hajiya Aishatu and Mr Abdul Yakubu respectively extolled the virtues of Hon Rabiu Alfa that stood him distinct and much above his predecessors charging him to sustain his endeavors.
Furthermore, the honorable in a mission statement gave a detailed account of his stewardship over the last three years to the people of Enabo and assured them of his continued egalitarianism insofar as matters arise in the interest of Enabo as well as the entire Ojoku and Enjema districts that makes up Ankpa II constituency.
In their separate remarks and questions to the account given by Hon Rabiu, constituents including Mr Hassan Ibrahim, Akpai Wazobia, Umoru Awô, Hamza Ado and Attai Abubakar spoke in commendation as well as attention to the needs of Ogane Ikpadala, Efacha, Ukpaja and Odagba respectively.
Highlight of the interactive session was scrutiny and adoption of resolutions of the matters discussed. And, to bring the epoch session to an end, Hon Rabiu Alfa in his usual way of magnanimity disbursed cash stipend to youths, women, elders and the vigilante corp members present.
