The Publisher of Cascade News online, Mr Rotimi Odofin, has joined hosts of other well wishers to felicitates Engineer Olusegun Joseph on his recent appointment as Commissioner nominee from Yagba West local government area of Kogi state.
The felicitations message was contained in a press statement signed and released by Odofin earlier today at NUJ Press Center in Lokoja.
