The crisis rocking the executive and the legislature should be given special attention in order to come out with something that give peace to the citizens of Ebira Land and the state at large.
Moreover, I will like to draw our attention to the fact that our image is very important in this fight.
Sometimes what our people post on media is very embarrassing thinking that you have something against his Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.
His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello’s victory is from God, so let’s for once manage the victory without mocking ourselves before other tribes.
People are watching us across board.
His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello has restored our glory which we never expected in recent time, but with the support and grace of God, it came to stay and some people are trying to destroy it.
Have we forgotten our fervent prayer that the efforts of Late Sen AT Ahmed, Onogo, Dr Faruq, Chief Obaro, Senator Ohiare and others who fought so much to shift this power to the central and all their efforts should not be in vain?
For those of you who care to listen on inauguration day, Sen Dino Melaye made one statement as thus: “we all voted Prince Audu but God voted Yahaya Bello”. On this note, I will like to borrow a leave nobody can fight God.
Let’s look at what happened since 1999 till 2015, it was a total show of shame: power tussle has caused disunity amongst our leaders and it has drawn us backward as a senatorial districts. Yet the struggle for power shift never yielded tangible results with the influence of power tussle and other factors.
Those leaders has common interest which is power shift but they never realized the goal because of disunity, jealousy, clanish or religious sentiment, and among others.
His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello fails to hide on the back of any of the fruits of those leaders to contest the governorship position because they always bring the enmity between themselves into politics and which will always have negative impacts on Ebiraland and the state at large.
The fruits of those same cabals truncated the efforts of unity before the last APC primary and we lost out in the primary.
But God who sees the hearts and intention of individuals sees the heart of His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello as an entity that wants to bridge the caps between those factors that have been drawing us backward and He chose to empower him as the number one citizen of this state.
While we are celebrating, some elements think that personal gains is more than the entire Ebira as a nation and the state, thereby choose to destroy the government.
Some has vowed before my very self that he will not recognise the personality of Yahaya Bello because he is a son of nobody, but forgetting that people whose father is nothing or no more are in majority and we are behind him to succeed.
The delegation of OGU clan paid courtesy visit to His Excellency and they discussed extensively likewise other progressive groups in Kogi Central. I will urge all fellow youths to be mindful of what we say or do because everything will serve as reference in future.
With steadfastness and sincerity of purpose, Kogi Central and the state at large will get to its promised Land soon.
