The Chief Executive Officer of Abogun Motors PLC, Mr. Adekunle Abogun is said to be under the investigation of Kogi State Command or the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) for defamation of character, slander and libel.
It was gathered Mr. Adekolade Dele Samuel, the Managing Director of Kogi State Newspaper Corporation (Graphics News Paper) was the victim.
Abogun was said to have defamed Adekolade’s character, saying Adekolade harassed, abused and threatened him.
Adekolade took up the matter with the NPF, proving that on no account did he have such an encounter with Abogun.
Abogun has been detained by the NPF since early hours of Friday
