The Administrator of Igalamela-Odolu LGA, Hon. Patrick Onogu has joined well-meaning Kogites in felicitating with the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello as he turns 44 years old on Tuesday, 18th June.
In a statement issued at Ajaka, the Administrator congratulated the governor, members of his family and the people of Kogi State on the governor’s birthday.
Parts of the statement reads: “I wish to add my voice and those of the entire people of Igalamela-Odolu local government area to the numerous encomiums from esteemed personalities across the state in expressing hearty congratulations to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello as you ckock the age of forty four years on this beautiful year day.
“At such a youthful age, you have remained focused and continue to show tremendous energy and vibrancy in running the affairs of Kogi State since you took over in 2016.
“I wish to recognise and identify with your high sense of patriotism and commitment to serving Kogi state with diligence, honesty, integrity and sincerity of purpose.
“You are an excellent role model to many young aspiring politicians and leaders in other fields because of the way and manner you have managed the daunting challenges and affairs of our state.
“You achieved great success in curbing corruption, building infrastructure and defeating all forms of insecurity in addition to the massive increase recorded in internationally generated revenue and civil service reforms.
“On behalf of the good people of Igalamela-Odolu Local Government Area, I wish to congratulate you for all the achievements you have speedily recorded in your lifetime – particularly for the deep sense of honesty and faith you have exhibited in various aspects of governance, politics and commerce.”
Hon. Onogu showered accolades on the governor for “stabilising the APC and leading the party to the most successful election by any political party since the creation of Kogi state” and concluded by wishing the governor “good luck, blessings, wisdom, longevity and prosperity”.
