After months of speculations and uncertainties, the much awaited list of appointees that will form the cabinet of Governor Idris Wada should be submitted to the Kogi State House of Assembly today.
Politicians are making last minute efforts to peep into the list so be sure their interests are protected. Not a few politicians will be disappointed if the Governor fail to submit the list today as widely expected.
The list, when finally announced, will provide a basis of assessment of the present administration’s desire to move the state forward.
Apart from appointing commissioners, the governor is expected to announce the appointments of Special Advisers and Special Assistants. The House of Assembly had earlier approved the request of Governor Wada to appoint twenty five (25) Special Advisers and thirty five (35) Special Assistants.
