PAAU Alumni Association Unveil’s New Logo

The Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU) Alumni Association worldwide has unveiled her new logo.

The new logo was unveiled during its 2023 Annual Public Lecture and annual general meeting (AGM) in Lokoja over the weekend.

Addressing members during the programme, the Chairman of the occasion, Comrade Gabriel Amari, who is the State Chairman of Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), advised members to be committed to the development of the association and their alma meta.

Amari, who was represented by the State NLC Secretary, Comrade Owoeye Oladipupo, enjoined the association members to support Mall Ibraheems Yahaya, the National President, to succeed.

In a remark, the Royal Father of the day, the Paramount Ruler of Oworo and  Acting Chairman of Lokoja Local Government Area Traditional Council, Muhammed Adoga Bayerohi, charged members of the association to give peace a chance.

The monarch, who was represented by Alh Ali Lawal, former State Permanent Secretary and the Maiyaki of Lokoja, stressed that members of the association should be united to achieve a common goal.

One of the pillars of the Association and a major stakeholde , Alh Ibrahim Suleiman called on them to see each other as members of one family and pledged to always put in his best to see the association grow from strength to strength

The National President, Mall Ibraheems Yahaya thanked the guests for sacrificing their time to celebrate with the association and promised not to disappoint them.

He thanked Gov. Yahaya Bello for the appointments, employments and election of some members of the association to State House of Assembly, Commissioners, head of boards, permanent secretary among others.
