In recent times, the known sponsored blackmailers like Femi Fani Kayode, Reno Omokri, Abimbola Adelakun, Akin Osuntokun and Ayo Adebanjo seems to have gotten another contract from their corrupt cronies who are not happy with the ongoing anti-corruption crusade, to continually malign the personality of the Vice President.
These evil incarnates from my careful observation so far have chosen religion and ethnicity as their instruments with concocted falsehood against our own amiable Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo. An attempt that has always exposed their evil agenda to the populace.
As a young man who is passionately interested in the growth, progress and development of this country, I have taken it upon myself to be a guide to some few people who may not know the antecedents of Fani Kayode and other agents of doom mentioned above whose life depends largely on falsehood.
Fani Kayode’s garrulousness, falsehood fabrications and even his negative life style does not come as a surprise to the Yoruba nation, because, it is hereditary, his father’s betrayal of late Obafemi Awolowo was a testimony to that.
There is a Yoruba proverb that says “if the king sends you on an errand, use your sense”. It is obvious Fani is not guided by his normal sense. No matter how much Fani Kayode might have gotten from his sponsors, he should have known that the integrity of Professor Yemi Osinbajo is of God and can never be dented by any devil incarnate. He should have known from his confrontation with his partner in crime, Reno Omokri that what God told us in Psalm 105:15 played out and that is just the beginning.
After reading through Fani Kayode’s latest malevolent and disrespectful comments on an online Newspaper, Daily Posts about a girl yet to be released by Boko Haram on the account that he did not denounce his religion.
Can someone remind Femi Fani Kayode that Boko Haram was the legacy of his party? Or is it that Fani Kayode has forgotten that the funds meant for arms to fight Boko Haram which is popularly known today as Dasukigate was corruptly shared by the government he was part of, which later strengthen the insurgents? Or was Fani Kayode not aware that more than 80% of the kidnapped Chibock girls under their watch were Christians? Or is it that the quest for financial gain has affected his thinking faculty to the extent that he could not remember that the same Osibanjo he is putting all energy to malign is in the government that have rescued many Chibock Christian girls?
With all the above questions begging for answers, would it not be right for me to say the excess of intake of white powder may have been responsible for Fani Kayode’s hypocrisy?
On the Dapchi girl to be released, the President indeed expressed serious concern over her ordeal.
In the State House Press release, President Buhari said Leah Sharibu will not be abandoned he is as committed to d freedom of the only Dapchi schoolgirl still in captivity as he was to the girls’ freedom when all 110 were in the captivity of Boko Haram terrorist.
He said his administration will not relent in efforts to bring Leah Sharibu safely back home to her parents as it has done for the other girls after she was held back by the terrorists over her decision, as reported, not to convert from Christianity to Islam.
The President said he is fully conscious of his duty under the constitution to protect all Nigerians, irrespective of faith, ethnic background or geopolitical location and will not shirk in this responsibility.
The President also made it clear that he is equally mindful of the fact that true followers of Islam all over the world respect the injunction that there is no compulsion in religion.
To this effect, no one nor group can impose its religion on another.
He said his heart goes out to the isolated parents who must watch others rejoice while their own daughter is still away.
The lone Dapchi girl, Leah, will not be abandoned.
Furthermore, those sponsoring Fani Kayode should know that the well meaning Nigerians are fully with the Vice President and by extension the President. Never again will the Yoruba allow him to replicate what his father did to Awolowo.
Finally, Fani Kayode should be ashamed of himself and stop making public comments as history does not speak well of his lineage. Maybe he expected Professor Yemi Osinbajo to have betrayed President Buhari during his medical vacation in UK, the way his father betrayed Awolowo.
God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria.
