We are writing you this open letter because of the need for our country to get it right at this time when all over the world our citizens in the diaspora are seen to be hugely taking ownership of your renewed hope agendas by contributing there own quota to the growth and development of our country. In our determination as citizens to make our country better especially in its reward system which have severally been bastardized in the past and in our determination to move away from the past system where people who are not deserving of our hallow national awards are recognized to the detriment of our people who now are short of people to emulate as worthy heroes, We hereby put forward to you, the name of Hon. AMB.Chief Mrs. Billy UMAR GARBA for your consideration as one of those to be bestowed with a national honor award for this year.
Hon. AMB. Mrs. Billy UMAR GARBA is one of our most detetermined, confident, and multifaceted businesswoman with a global perspective and the ability to lead across diverse field. She is today one of the most respected entrepreneur and a stabilitizing political leader that have over the years established a strong reputation both in her local community and on the international stage. Her was built on a foundation of integrity, vision and an unwavering commitment to affecting positive changes. Your Excellency, at the core of her work lies a profound passion for empowering women and children, two groups she always believe hold the keys to transforming societies. Her involvement in politics is basically driven by a deep desire to contribute to good governance and create an environment where the voices of marginalised individuals are heard clearly and valued.
