The Director General of the Kogi State Commodity Exchange, Export Promotion and Market Development Agency, Hon. Adewale Victor Omofaiye, has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi, the Obaro of Kabba and Chairman of the Okun Traditional Council, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a statement on Thursday, Hon. Omofaiye described the Obaro as a respected custodian of culture whose reign has been marked by calm leadership, wise counsel, and a consistent commitment to unity across Okun land.
He noted that the monarch’s influence extends beyond the palace, reflecting a deep concern for peace, social order, and the progress of the people.
The Director General acknowledged the royal father’s role in strengthening traditional institutions while working in harmony with government for community development. He added that such balance has continued to earn Kabba and the wider Okun area respect within Kogi State and beyond.
Hon. Omofaiye prayed for good health, long life, and continued strength for His Royal Majesty, wishing him many more years of service to his people and the preservation of cherished traditions.
