The House of Assembly candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) for Olamaboro state constituency in next week’s election, Comrade Anthony Alewo Ujah, A.K.A Bobby Ujah, has been alleged of forgery and giving false information to INEC.

Bobby Ujah who has been working with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) as an Assistant Route Commander (ARC) lied on oath that he had resigned his appointment with the FRSC while submitting his candidature form to INEC.

The Civil Service Rule stipulates that every public servant must resign his/her appointment before running for any public office in an election, this prompted Mr Ujah to falsify a resignation letter which he submitted to INEC at the point if submitting his nomination form.

Our findings have shown that Mr Bobby is still receiving salary from the Federal Government as indicated by his Pay Slip for February 2019.As if that forgery was not enough, Bobby who is about 50 years old is claiming to have been born in 1985.

The good news however is that one of his contender for the seat of KGHA, Mr Linus Enenche of the PDP  has gone to court challenging his qualification to run for a public office while still in active service.

This matter when concluded will not only disqualify Mr Bobby from contesting in the forth coming election, it could also land him in prison.

Employee payslip evidence of Anthony Ujah benefiting from February 2019 salary.

The good people of Olamaboro LGA deserve better than a fraudulent person to represent them and if all things go well, they will get that better person they deserve.
