The foremost traditional ruler made this known when Bobby Ujah visited him in his palace on Wednesday during his House of Assembly consultation in Imane.
Comrade Ujah used the occasion to inform the Oda Ojiji of his intention to contest the 2019 State House of Assembly election.
The Oda Ojiji said having assessed Bobby’s track records that he is convinced that Bobby would deliver and improve the lives of people of Olamaboro Constituency.
Oda Ojiji expressed concern over poor performances of past and present representatives and urged the Comrade Ujah to see himself as a servant not a leader so that he would be able to serve well as the best representative of Olamaboro constituency at the State House of Assembly come 2019.
Comrade Ujah promised that; “part of my manifesto, apart from making laws, is to ensure that my constituency will get all democratic benefits due to them in total. I will also ensure the betterment of lives of the youths, women and elders and ensure that there will be critical development and empowerment for everybody.
“What is going on in our constituency is not new to us. Effective and fair representation is a must whereby the need of this constituency will be handled, addressed and brought to the focal point. I know that I cannot do it alone. I want to count on your support and assistant. That is why I am here today. And like I said, this is just the beginning.”
