Permit us to use this medium to express our displeasure and advice to you as a true supporters under the umbrella body of OKUN YOUTHS FOR GYB.
We write this letter to express our deepest concern about the current situation in our dear Okun land and the effect of it in the coming election.
Your Excellency Sir, you’re a man of integrity and justice. We know you are God sent to the masses in our dear Kogi state and we appreciate your effort to bring the succour to the powerless masses who stood in the sun and rain to ensure your victory in the last 2015 general elections.
Nobody can deny this, we are sure!
Your Excellency Sir, We are not happy with the situation of things happening under your noise and we don’t want to believed that you know about it.
We have been following our leader whom we trust his leadership, capacity and loyalty to your government, Hon Taofiq Isah, the Kogi state ALGON Chairman and Ijumu Local government administrator.
We want to call your attention to the slap your Chief of Staff, Hon Edward Onoja gave to us as an Okun Nation and to our leader.
Your Excellency Sir, all the revenue in our land have been contracted to a non indigene who hail from Osun state and by name Jimoh Fancy with company name SYNEGY INTERPHASE NIG LIMITED. He is fronting for Edward Onoja who also in charge of all the collections of revenue on produce in the whole Kogi state.
Your Excellency Sir, we believe that this decision towards election time is not good for us as your followers and members of Alhaji Taofiq family. What is the electoral value does the said Fancy (Onoja’s friend) has in Kogi state? Are there no good people who can do same within the Kogi state? Why is Edward Onoja who is your chief of staff want to reduce our votes for Buhari and for you?
For the interest of our people and Okun Nation, we advice you to reverse all back as it was before now. Let’s us not divide our home by creating holes within us. Election is less than two months and we should not be doing this at this time when we need everyone’s efforts.
Alhaji Taofiq Isah has been representing Okun well in your government and we trust his leadership and all he his, has been doing. We can not stand and watch Edward Onoja who comes from the Eastern part of the state to decide us and our votes.
As ardent supporters of your led administration APC, we commend your efforts, dedication through, reducing unemployment youths.
Your Excellency Sir, we do hope this our advice will be accepted promptly.
