Kogi United left the Rwang Pam Stadium bitterly disappointed following their 3-0 loss to Mighty Jets in the week 22 of the Nigeria National League.
The disappointment at the match venue were Referee Takyum Daniel and assistants Reuben Yila and Molid Baba Gata, as they put up a shameful performance to frustrate the moves of the visitors.
The blatantly disgusting decisions of the three men, apart from exposing the level to which the Nigerian game can sink with such embarrassing spectacle of officiating, made things difficult for Kogi United.
The game was action-packed: dubious calls, and unnecessary stoppage of play. In essence, the countless scenes of despicably poor decisions of the referee and his assistants marred what would have been one of the most exciting games witnessed at the Rwang Pam Stadium since the commencement of this NNL season.
In the match itself, Mighty Jets netted the first goal through El Kassim Muhammed after 13 minutes.
Substitute Solomon Nasamu then grabbed a second half brace and the game ended three-nil in favour of the Donald Malomo managed side.
