A group, Kogi Let The Truth Be Told Initiative (KLTBT) has expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the nomination of Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu as Minister in the present administration.
In a statement issued on Wednesday by the group leader, Joseph Nicodemus Mawedo, KLTBT said President Tinubu has proven to be a dependable ally with the nomination of Shuaibu, son of his late political ally, Prince Abubakar Audu.
Mawedo described President Tinubu’s action as “hit it on the head at the appropriate time”, saying that it is an evidence of a good beginning of the large political wave across North Central.
“We want to use this opportunity to advise all political actors in Kogi to learn from the wise decision of President Bola Ahmed for maintaining political relationship by not let down with the family of our late political leader, Prince Abubakar Audu.
“We urge the new ministerial nominee, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, to be up and doing and avoid any activities that may make Kogites regret his new assignment.
“On this note, we wish you well and may God uphold you to deliver quality services to the good people of Kogi state,” he said.
