The nomination of Chief James Eneojo Ocholi, SAN, as a minister by President Muhammadu Buhari has been described as well deserved and a reward for patience and focus.
The National Chairman of Network for Change and Good Governance (NCGG), Comrade Ismaila Yusuf Atumeyi, made this known in a brief chat with newsmen in Lokoja today.
Atumeyi, while thanking President Buhari, prayed that God will give Ocholi grace to make positive contribution towards the nation’s development.
“We call on all patriotic Kogites and Nigerians to join hands with Chief Ocholi to develop Nigeria and our dear Kogi State. We at NCGG have been working with Chief Ocholi for awhile and we can attest to his ability and competence to handle this new assignment to the envy of all”
“We are have stated on different occasions that James Ocholi is one of Kogi’s best gift to Nigeria and humanity. We will do our best to assist him to achieve success. We call on all well-meaning Kogites and Nigerians to pray for Ocholi and all other leaders”
On the forthcoming governorship election in Kogi State, Atumeyi urges Kogites to keep their permanent voters’ cards (PVCs) very well and use it well for the benefit of the state on November 21.
“Kogi is our home. Kogi will be great again and we have a civic responsibility to use our PVCs well in the forthcoming election”
