…Says Experience from 2023 Presidential Campaign Council Will Strengthen New Assignment

Dr. Maryam Mu’azu has expressed appreciation for her appointment as a member of the Protocol Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, describing the recognition as a call to greater service and renewed commitment ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Dr. Maryam Mu’azu, who currently serves as Senior Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on Establishment Matters, said the appointment presents another opportunity to contribute to the party’s activities and support its preparations for the next presidential election.

Bringing her wealth of experience to bear, the Kogi-born political stakeholder previously served on the APC Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council as an Assistant Director of Sustainable Development for Nigeria, during the 2023 general elections, a background expected to inform her approach to the new assignment.

She expressed gratitude to the party leadership for the confidence reposed in her, pledging to discharge her responsibilities with dedication, professionalism and loyalty.

The presidential campaign council member also called on APC faithful, supporters and stakeholders to intensify grassroots mobilisation and political engagement ahead of the 2027 polls.

She urged party members to remain united and committed, while encouraging them to communicate the Tinubu administration’s policies and programmes to Nigerians.

According to her, the policies and programmes of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration offer a pathway towards building a stronger and more prosperous nation.

Dr. Maryam Mu’azu further stressed the importance of unity, effective coordination and collective responsibility among party stakeholders in advancing the APC’s objectives ahead of the forthcoming elections.
