An All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial aspirant in Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has described as wrong the claim in some newspapers that he has collapsed his campaign structure in support of the party’s candidate, Prince Abubakar Audu.
Debunking the claim yesterday in a statement, Bello stated that he was yet to hold discussions with anybody to that effect.
He said: “My campaign structure is intact and I have not taken any decision yet. I will wait for my party and supporters on our next move.”
He further added that he has not assigned Mouktar Atimah who signed the purported statement to speak on his behalf or the campaign organization.
Bello lost out in the race to becoming the APC standard bearer in Kogi State.
