The several antics to discredit the administration of Capt Idris Wada, by Prince Abubakar Audu’s sponsored Movement For Democracy And Good Governance (MDGG), has been described as a failed mission as the people are far wiser to discern between good and evil, light and darkness.
Reacting to a statement, Mathew Ochada, the Media Assistant, Online to the state Governor, called a statement credited to the Movement For Democracy And Good Governance asĀ failed tissues of lies, said the administration of Capt Idris Wada, has in the last four years paid the WAEC fees of students, wondered if the authors of the said fabricated lies are residents in the state. He asserted that the efforts to misinform the people by the disjointed and fabricated fallacy as one that amounts to nothing as the people of the state have already made up their mind on once again like the did on four occasion to vote against the candidature of the APC governorship flagbearer.
According to Ochada, the workers of the state are aware that the state government applied and got approval for the sum of N50.8billion, that is still been unnecessary delayed by the plans of the opposition party in the state to think the payment of the legitimate wages of workers would give an edge to the PDP candidate.
While noting that it is not new to the people that workers in the state have always borne the brunt whenever the two time APC candidate has governed the state, said his efforts to block the bail out funds and to prolong the sufferings of workers in the state is no longer new to people of the state.
Let it be placed on record that the state was among the first to meet the CBN requirement for the bail out funds, said despite the difficulties of producing the biometric of workers entitled to the fund and other condition demanded by the apex bank, the state scaled the hurdle without any blemish.
In terms of clean record, transparency and maintaining a corrupt way of life, Capt Wada, the statement said is an angel compared to the APC candidate, adding that it is are acknowledged facts across the country of the governor’s clean record in governance, a fact even the APC cannot fault.
While the state government has ensured the accuracy of workers in its payroll through several approach, it is surprising to note that the authors of the press statement know who are ghost in Kogi State service, without having the courage to mentioned their names nor the scientific approach used in arriving at the summation.
We are aware that the desperate antics of the principal officers of the authors of the release, is an indication of their acceptance that the forthcoming Kogi Governorship election has been won by the PDP and lost by the APC.
The electorates in kogi are no longer new to the antics of the APC, this is because the have come to terms with the fact that their aspiration and development is better protected under the PDP led administration of Capt Idris Wada.
For the workers of Kogi State, no amont of deception would make them change their minds. The know their enemy and have vowed to always pay him back for how they were badly treated between 1999 and 2003 when over 4000 workers in a day lost their jobs.
