A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdulsalam Bawa Dangana, has congratulated Hon. Sunday Karimi and Hon. Danladi Aguye on their victory a the polls.
In a statement issued in Lokoja on Wednesday, Dr. Bawa said Karimi’s emergence as Senator-elect for Kogi West senatorial district and Aguye as House of Representatives-elect for Lokoja/Kogi federal constituency showed the love the people have for the ruling party.
He called on the duo to forge alliance in the National Assembly for the common good of the masses who trooped out en mass to ensure their victory at the polls last Saturday.
He also commended Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for conducting a free, fair and credible elections in Kogi West senatorial district.
While expressing confidence that Karimi and Aguye will not disappoint the electorate, he assured the two victors of his continued support.
