A former Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) gubernatorial aspirant in Kogi State,Chief James Ocholi (SAN) has said that many members of the People Democratic Party (PDP)  in the state have already joined the newly formed All Progressive Congress(APC).

Ocholi who is a member of the constitution drafting committee of the APC, stated this yesterday in kabba in Kabba/Bunu local government of Kogi State while briefing members of the merger parties during a meeting.
He said the APC will put the electoral umpire on its toes to conduct credible polls as he said many members of the PDP have realized that their party has nothing to offer the nation.
He said the APC had seven hurdles to cross before registration and that they are on the last lap of the hurdles stressing  APC would soon be registered as a full-fledged political party.
Ocholi said the PDP had failed the country since the return of democracy in 1999, stressing that the country can only move forward with APC at the helm of affairs, providing purposeful and credible
leadership.
He described the NGF crises as uncalled for saying  that a situation where 35 people could not agree on the outcome of an election conducted in a little hall does not augur well for the nation’s democracy.
