The Acting Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Kogi State chapter, has congratulated Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello “in advance on the November 11, 2023 victory at the polls”.
The Acting Chairman of the Council, Comrade Osiako Ezekiel Sunday, premised this statement on the newly converted additions to the All Progressives Congress (APC) fold from the PDP, ADC and other opposition parties in the state.
He said in the statement that such a big catch like that of the former Deputy Governor of the State, Arch. Yomi Awoniyi, Hon. Haruna Ganaja and others aresa big leap forward ahead of the election.
The Acting Chairman further opined that despite the new converts being big names, they are also strategic to the victory of the APC.
He added that the catch will deflate the major opposition strength in their various areas of Yagba and Ajaokuta Federal constituencies respectively.
Finally, the Acting Chairman called on all youths of the state to put their weights behind the candidature of Alh. Usman Ododo at the November poll.
