The Director General, Media and Publicity to Kogi state Governor, Kingsley Fanwo has called the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state to devise a means to shed the inglorious idea of blaming everyone for their self inflicted anti-democratic tendencies and characteristics.

Fanwo made the call while reacting to allegations made by PDP that the APC-led state government is plotting to exclude its governorship candidate, Engr Musa Wada from the November election.

Fanwo stated that the PDP needs to wash itself off the ashes of the past.

“The gadfly approach cannot spark an ignoble debate from us. PDP had a disrupted primary and those aggrieved in their party, who felt justice was not served went to court.

“As far as we are concerned, it is PDP vs PDP. So what is GYB’s business in an aborted primary election in PDP? Propaganda and cheap lies won’t save PDP from the impending humiliation on November 16.

“Governor Yahaya Bello has been in power since 2016. We want to devote the next few weeks to talking about his sterling achievements from infrastructure to agricultural renaissance and healthcare revolution. He has no time for false claims for which PDP is known,” he said.
