Kogi governorship aspirant, Dr. Bolufemi Olarotimi Olanrewaju has been cleared to participate in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primary election for the party’s sole ticket for November 11, 2023 elections.
Bolufemi participated in the mandatory screening exercise to contest for the Governor of Kogi State under PDP on Wednesday and has been issued the provisional clearance certificate at the national secretariat of the party in Abuja.
Reacting to the development, the Director, Media and Publicity for Bolu 2023 Campaign Organization, Omonisaye Bank-Andrew expressed gratitude to the party leadership from national down to the ward level for working tirelessly to achieve the feat.
Bank-Andrew also commended Bolufemi’s teeming supporters for their prayers, support and patience.
“As we approach the 14th April, 2023 primary election in Kogi State, we appeal to the delegates to vote for competence and capability. All these attributes are domiciled in the life of Dr. Bolufemi Olarotimi Olanrewaju.
“We assure the delegates that none of you will regret voting Bolufemi, as voting for him is the best move towards greater hope and development packages poised to change the narratives of Kogi State.
“Kogi State. under Bolufemi as Governor, will witness an unprecedented and an all-round infrastructural, human capacity as well as environmental developments, to mention but few,” he said.
Bank-Andrew assured party leaders and supporters that Bolufemi remain committed to the sincere service of the people and the vision of shared prosperity for all Kogites.
