The House of Representatives candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) for Dekina/Bassa federal Constituency, Paul Gowon Haruna (IJN) has called for consideration for another Ebira man to succeed Governor of Kogi state, Yahaya Bello.

IJN made the call while addressing some APC members during his campaign tour to Ogunma, in Bassa local government area.

He said it is proper Kogi electorate allow Ebira to complete sixteen years as governor of the state to meet up with the years Igala has spent in Lugard House.

“I have done everything for PDP but in the end, PDP government led by Captain Wada was disappointed hence I decided to leave the party and today I got an APC ticket without stress,” he said.

While soliciting the support of the masses, he said “I will be faithful to my promise to the good people of Bassa. I also promised Bello that I will make sure his choice, as his replacement, from Kogi central will have his way.”
