The former governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris (Ibro) and his anointed successor, Captain Idris Wada has relocated to Abuja to ensure their schemes work out fine.

After a failed attempt by Ibro to swear in
Wada against legal advice from senior lawyers, the two dogged politicians moved their arsenal to the seat of power in a bid to protect Wada’s mandate.
Ibro, a political bull-dozer, is expected to re-enact his well know political prowess to resolve the current logjam in Kogi State.

The situation is dicey as confusing legal advices keep flowing around. A source in the corridors of power told KogiReports that there is a strong plot to order for fresh governorship election in Kogi State.

Pro-Echocho politicians are hoping to take advantage of the Supreme Court judgement to bring Echocho back as the authentic PDP governorship candidate while some power brokers within the party are rooting for fresh primaries.

Captain Idris Wada, the governor-elect, may have to approach the courts for interpretation of the judgement and seek a redress in his favour.
