First Lady of Kogi State Mrs. Halima Ladi Wada has implored Muslims to imbibe peaceful disposition in this month long Ramadan fast and beyond to engender unity and peace across the country.
Speaking at this year’s pre-Ramadan public lecture by the Al-Habibiyah Society in Lokoja, Hajiya Wada also prayed for the safe release of the abducted Chibok school girls.

The more than 200 girls abducted from their schools by Boko Haram militants are yet to be released 77 days after.
“Pray for the final stoppage of the activities of insurgents in Nigeria,” she said.
