Kogi East: Idah Sea Port, Bagana Bridge My Top Priority When Elected – Echocho

The senatorial candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for Kogi East, Dr. Jibrin Isah Echocho has reassured electorate of his commitment towards providing people-oriented representation.

He gave the assurance on Sunday during the commissioning of the APC Concept Group office at Idah.

The senatorial hopeful took time to explain to the people his manifesto and the focus of his representation when elected.

He listed his agenda and areas of focus to include construction and reconstruction of all the federal roads in the district, attraction of federal government funded rice milling company between Idah and Ibaji, influencing of employment for our unemployed population, youth and women empowerment and provision of a representation that is people driven, what he termed an all-inclusive and interactive representation.

“Having stated these, I want to lay a special and particular emphasis on the Idah Sea Port and the Bagana bridge at Bassa LG which have been neglected.

“When elected, I shall ensure that these laudable projects are carried out as these projects replicating effect of generating employment and open up our communities to businesses and advancement,” he pledged.

He used the occasion to appeal to the people to vote for all the APC candidates in the forthcoming coming election if the full dividends of democracy must be enjoyed by the people.

The Idah LG APC chairman and other speakers at the occasion extoled Dr. Jibrin Isah Echocho for his contribution to the Igala-Bassa land and Nigeria at large.

They promised to work hard to ensure APC emerged victorious in the coming elections.
