Kogi Deputy Gov Charges Christian Youths on Education

The Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Elder Simon Achuba has charged the Christian youths across the state to devote time to building on their educational carrier for a brighter future.

Achuba, in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Akor Sylvester, gave the charge when he worshiped at the United Christians Gospel Church,  Ede-Adeojo Phase 2 in Idah today.
He said education is vital to the development of the youths and the society at large, adding that with education, the youths can easily attain their places of honour in the society.
The Deputy Governor urged parents to give the training of their children a priority attention, maintaining that greatness will always follow education in life.
While commending the church and other religion bodies for their support for the present administration of the state led by Governor Yahaya Bello, the Deputy Governor said with their continuous support for the government, the state would attain a greater height.
In his sermon, the senior pastor of the church, Isaiah Achor, commended the Deputy Governor for the assistance he has given to the church ever the years, urging him to continue to build in the house of the Lord.
While pledging the support of the church for the government, the pastor prayed for the leadership of the present administration of the state to continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.
