A Kogi State High Court sitting in Egbogogo, Adavi local government area, has nullified the turbanning of Mr Abdusalami Yusuf Enesi as Ovanegbe of Anese in Eganyi, Ajaokuta LGA.
Delivering the judgement in a suit; Mr Elijah Emmanuel Puke vs Mr Addulsalami Yusuf Enesi & Four others on Wednesday, Justice M. M. Gwatana quashed the turbanning and ordered Enesi to stop parading himself as the Ovanegbe of Anese.
Reacting to the ruling, counsel to the plaintiff, Barr. J. U. Barrah (Esq), praised the judgement and described the judiciary as the last hope of the masses.
