THIS PIECE OF ADVICE IS IN PUBLIC INTEREST!!!

The Chief of Staff has no business to be the mouthpiece of the government. It is not in his place to pontificate the
achievements or stand in defence of the government because such responsibility clearly contradicts his official
onus and the very essence of his office as the Chief of Staff.

However, the admission of this magnitude of indebtedness vindicates the suffering civil servants in Kogi state and cast a permanent stench on the integrity of the army of both officials of government and online promoters who have
constantly maintained and fed the public with contrary information aimed at misleading the suspecting masses.

My honest advice is that His Excellency, Yahaya Bello should take charge of his government, put up his thinking
cap permanently and navigate his government out of this labour crisis.

The scenario in Kogi can still be managed and resolved. Government should be open, proactive and engage the various interests in the labour debacles with a view to rolling out realisable templates which will be religiously respected by all parties to the agreement.
