Melody Dayo is a born and trained musician from a music family. He is a song writer, multi instrumentalist and a music teacher. He runs a successful music academy where many students have been trained on different musical instruments. He is the assistant secretary Gospel Musicians Association of Nigeria (GOMAN), Kogi state chapter.
Mr. Dayo is set to launch a new album titled GLORY. The seven tracks album is scheduled to be launched within a two days event to hold 26th and 27th of December 2019 at Kabba and Ekinrin Adde his home town.
Day 1 of the event will be to officially launch the Glory album with a praise and worship concert, where about seven gospel artistes have been booked for the session.
Day 2: Melody will be hosting Kogi entertainment industry in his home town Ekinrin Adde. The event is tagged ‘Ekinrin Adde Entertainment Night’.
“It’s going to be purely entertainment night where Ekinrin Adde sons and daughters will be entertained by different entertainers both from Ekinrin Adde and around Kogi state.
“Nigerian entertainment industry is growing, Kogi entertainment has joined the trend and so Ekinrin adde should not be left behind hence the need to bring home an event to showcase our talents,” the talented artist stated.
Melody promised to bring on stage at least five Ekinrin adde born artistes in the event where the Olu adde of Ekinrin Adde, Oba Anthony Bamigbaiye Idowu will be the Chief host. He, therefore, asked for sponsors as the program is going to be an annual program.
