The Leader Of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele has advised the governorship candidate of African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kogi state, Elder Leke Abejide, concerning his ambition.

In a statement released by his media aide, Oluwatosin Osho, Primate Ayodele revealed that the ADC candidate will not win the election because it is not yet his time to rule the state.

He made it known that the candidate has a bright future but his ambition will create a dent for his political future.

“The candidate of ADC, Leke Abejide cannot win the election. His ambition will only create a political disadvantage for him. It’s not yet time for him to become the governor of Kogi state.

“He has a bright future politically but embarking on his governorship ambition at this time will cause a dent to his political career,” he said.

The Prophet urged the Yoruba speaking parts of Kogi state including traditional rulers to come together and support one person if they want a change in the state.

Furthermore, he urged Leke Abejide to step down his ambition as it will lead to a waste of money and a negative impact on his political career.

“Everyone from the Yoruba speaking parts of Kogi state including the traditional rulers should come together and support one person if they want a change in the state.

“The ADC candidate should step down his ambition because at the end, it won’t lead to anything tangible and will discredit him in future. It will only be a waste of money for him.“
