Kogi East Senatorial District has no representation at the Senate. Also, the House of Assembly member of Ofu local government are yet to declared by INEC.
INEC is toying with these mandates by not releasing the result of the re-run election of 20th February, 2016. What is good for the goose is good for the gander.
Over 35 re-run elections were held through out the country. We’ve never heard of a re-run after a re-run election or inconclusiveness after a re-run election. Thus the word ‘inconclusive’ is an aberration and should not come up after a re-run.
Senator Attai Aidoko is leading other contestants with over 34,000 votes. Why is he not returned by INEC? So also is Dr Ali leading other contestants in Ofu House of Assembly re-run election.
Senator David Mark led Daniel Onjeh with about 12,000 votes and has since been sworn in as senator. Even when Onjeh led a protest to INEC HQ in Makurdi, he was told by the Officer that addressed the crowd that ‘there has never been a re-run after a re-run anywhere in the country to his knowledge’
Senator Ahmed Ogembe lead with about 8, 000 votes. INEC reversed itself on the so-called inconclusiveness of his election, returned him as winner and he has since been sworn in as a Senator.
INEC must speak out on the peculiarities or otherwise of outstanding Kogi East Senatorial District elections. More honourably and independently, I urge inec to act by doing the needful immediately which is, reversing it’s self like they did on the case of Ogembe and RETURN SENATOR ATTAI-IDOKO & Dr Ali WINNERS SO THEY CAN GO AND REPRESENT US IGALA, THEIR PEOPLE.
After all the land, Kogi East Senatorial District, is in dire need of leadership and representation. We just lost two great leaders and that makes more incumbent to have full representation as prescribed by the constitution.

We Igala sons and daughters all over the nation prayed in churches, mosques and at the Palace of Attah.
Consequently INEC prompt action in releasing the outstanding results of outstanding Kogi East Senatorial District re-run election will be giving a direct interpretation to God harken to the voice of the people and answered our prayers.
INEC do the needful immediately by declaring winners of the Senate and House of Assembly ticket for Ofu Local Government, please.
