The Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to the Governor of Imo State, DSP Ahmed Abdul Mumin, has marked his first wedding anniversary with a touching message to his wife, expressing deep gratitude to Allah and appreciation for her love, patience, and prayers.
In a message shared to commemorate the special occasion, DSP Mumi recalled that their wedding a year ago brought together people from all walks of life, a reflection, he said, of the goodwill and relationships built through faith, humility, and public service.
“Alhamdulillah for today, the first anniversary of our blessed union. Exactly one year ago, our wedding brought together people from all walks of life, a reflection not of status, but of the goodwill and love Allah has allowed us to share with others,” he wrote.
The officer, who is widely respected for his humility and service, thanked Allah for blessing him with a wife of patience, compassion, and strong faith. He described her as “the calm in every storm and the light that brightens my path.”
“As we celebrate this milestone, I pray that Almighty Allah continues to strengthen our bond, grant us success in all we do, and fill our home with joy, peace, and barakah,” Mumi added.
He further prayed for divine blessings on their home and reaffirmed his love, describing his wife as “my blessing, my peace, and my constant reminder of Allah’s mercy.”
DSP Ahmed Abdul Mumi, who serves as Aide-de-Camp to Governor Hope Uzodimma, of Imo State, has earned widespread admiration for his professionalism, generosity, and goodwill across Nigeria, qualities that made his wedding one of the most celebrated events in 2024.
