Ijumu Stakeholders Reaffirm Confidence in Senator Karimi, Call for APC Unity

A delegation of prominent stakeholders from Ijumu Local Government Area has paid a courtesy visit to the Distinguished Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Senator Sunday Steve Karimi, to reaffirm their confidence in his leadership and pledge their continued support.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Hon. Dayo Akanmode commended Senator Karimi for his purposeful representation, resilience, and unwavering commitment to the development of Kogi West Senatorial District. He noted that the Senator’s performance and dedication to the welfare of the people have continued to earn him the trust and admiration of Ijumu residents.

Hon. Akanmode described the visit as a demonstration of the stakeholders’ appreciation for the Senator’s leadership and an affirmation of their readiness to continue supporting his efforts to attract greater development to the district. He further stressed that unity among leaders and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) remains essential for the continued political advancement of Kogi West and Kogi State.

Responding, Senator Karimi expressed profound appreciation to the Ijumu stakeholders for the visit and for the confidence they have continued to repose in him. He described the visit as encouraging and assured the delegation that he would remain committed to effective representation and the overall development of Kogi West.

The Senator urged all APC members and stakeholders to place the unity and progress of the party above personal interests. He called on party faithful across Kogi West and the state to work together to strengthen the APC and ensure overwhelming victories for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all APC candidates in the forthcoming elections.

The visit ended with prayers for the continued peace, unity, and prosperity of Ijumu Local Government, Kogi West Senatorial District, Kogi State, and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
