Idah Club 6575 Enrols 40 Students for JAMB Exam

Idah Club 6575 has sponsored registration of 40 indigent students for this year’s Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination in Idah local government, Kogi state.

Speaking at the JAMB CBT Centre in Idah on Monday, Idah Club 6575’s Director of Publicity and Strategy, Sam Dunga Jibrin said the initiative is part of the non governmental organization’s activities towards promoting and uplifting the welfare and well being of Idah community.

According to Sam Dunga, the humanitarian gesture, which cut across eight public schools in the Idah metropolis, is part of the Club’s effort to ensure indigent students make progress in life, especially in their academic pursuits.

All benefiting students were registered and presented with their registration slips.

Sam Dunga urged them to study hard and pass the examination with high scores.

He reiterated the commitment of the Club to support the educational pursuits of the younger generation and advised them to eschew cultism, crime and criminality.

Speaking on behalf of the parents of the beneficiaries, Mr Attah thanked the Club for the rare gesture.

Representatives of the beneficiaries across various schools expressed their gladness to the members of the Club.

It will be recalled that the Club 6575 also embarked on free medical outreach for over 300 beneficiaries as part of its end of the year activities for 2019 on the 27th of December 2019 at Idah.
